Shipping & Returns

Domestic Orders

Items are shipped the next business day via Fedex Ground, arriving in approx. 3-4 days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday usually ship out on Monday. Arrival time is not guaranteed.  All orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

International Orders
Items are shipped the next business day via FEDEX international priority.  Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally customs delays of several weeks can occur. International orders are often subject to duties and taxes billed by your country’s customs department upon arrival. As a helpful tip, often customers are less likely to be charged duties on multiple smaller orders as opposed to one large order, but it varies by country.

Track Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once we ship your order and it will include your tracking number that you can click on to view the status. Remember that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the website.

Returns
Matiko will gladly authorize returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order.  Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a 15% restocking fee. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.

Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 45 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. You may request a return online by emailing us.

Final Sale Items
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked “FINAL SALE”, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Shipping charges on all orders are not reimbursed. For international customers, if your purchase is delayed in customs, contact customer service for approval for a late return.

Manufacture’s Defects
Matiko guarantees against manufacturer’s defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing info@matikoshoes.com .
